Crafted from manau rattan, each chair was woven with the rattan's outer skin left on, making for a beautifully textured and stronger chair that is perfect for both indoors and out. Drawing from European designs from the 1960’s, this hand-woven chair was created with sustainable manau rattan harvested from Indonesia’s rattan capitals, the islands of Sulawesi and Kalimantan. The modern linear pattern created within the weave of the Diamond Chair elevates the design of this long beloved material. The natural texture of the rattan beautifully juxtaposes with its sleek and durable iron base.

Each traditionally woven chair takes several days to weave, made start to finish by hand in small batches.
