Created by the duo behind WEND, a small design studio based here in Oakland, CA. The gorgeous Diamond Rattan Settee was made with sustainability, ethical production, and beauty in mind.

The Diamond Settee, with its open weave design and modern shape, was created with laid back, resort-style living in mind. Drawing from European designs from the 1960’s, the hand-woven settee was created with sustainable rattan harvested from Indonesia’s rattan capitals, the islands of Sulawesi and Kalimantan. The modern linear pattern created within the weave of the Diamond Settee elevates the design of this long beloved material. The natural texture of the rattan beautifully juxtaposes with its sleek and incredibly durable iron base. 

Each traditionally woven settee takes several days to weave, made start to finish in a fair trade environment. Handcrafted in small batches.
